As a vendor you will have the opportunity to not only help your neighbors establish a current market value but assist lenders with their bank owned inventory and property managers with their portfolios.

How am I compensated?

As residential leads come in you will be given all leads closest to your location. Should there be multiple vendors in an area our system will alternate leads so everyone enrolled recieves an equal distribution. These leads are free to you, however with institutional and commercial appraisal orders you will be paid 75% of the fee. (varies by bank and institution).
